Please can anyone explain to me where i can get and how to use these hacks ? People are saying something about a console but i don't fully understand. I'm not specifically talking about a hack, just any hack. Like speed, 1 hit kill, god mode, etc.

Well public consoles is currently detected. If you are looking for bots or Nico's Godmode and 1 Hit Kill, go to Vindictus Hacks (which should be on the top) and scroll down. You'll see bunch of threads in there and you might find what you looking for, but only click on the thread with [Release] next to the title.

You can't bind most commands anymore. You can't use commands without an undetected/unpatched console. There is no undetected/unpatched console right now. You can bind certain commands using a detected console (like BaseCon2), of which are very minimal.
VinPub9.3 is a compact console that autobinds 4 important commands already for you; all you have to do is inject it while starting Vindictus. Please check out the main page of Vindictus Hacks and you will find what you are looking for.
