WArrock hack PLZ

Hi! im kind of in a bad issue here im trying to hack on warrock (yey!) but whenever i try to start it comes up with an error it says This program cannot initiate Correctly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to close down the program.
its like that for all hacks i download! PLEASE HELP!
