Hmmm... absolutely no difference still laggin on 19 fps

Turn CA settings down to the lowest possible, and play without the use of any hacks/mods for the best fps.

Did it already, and as a matter of fact when i tried different settings while in game and the fps didn t change.

Get a better graphics card. Turn the resolution down on combat arms too of you wish.

im on intergreaded graphics card (sorry if i mistyped it), so i cant change
