(i need help) how to use dev-c++

hi im realy stuck,i have all the programs microsoft visual c++ and dev-c++ but i cant use them and can code soooo can some one give me some free tips and even give a simple code for startes to learn on.

i dont know how to use it naid and when i click debug it sed it cant and soo on

Your going to have to give a more in-depth explanation.

Before you debug, try pressing F9, or going to Execute > Compile and Run. This is like the debugger on Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition.
