I've always killed the Bosses, but this is my first Crystal Crate.

Lol once I got the crystal crate but without hack.
I used M60-Adv, and for the last 10 rounds or so I had to play myself because everyone died.

Oh, I see now, those that say they got it legitimately probably used Revive Tokens and Large Hypo Meds too. Well, I don't pay for those things myself though. :P

Actually, it is impossible to give crystal crate without hack
There is Hard mode in ZM too, where you can collect as many point, as requied for the C. Crate, but Hard mode is unavailable in NA or EU cf...

well if all of the four members in the zm have 100 revive tokens its easy to kill the boss
