JUST PRESS THE " CHECK FILES BUTTON" UNDER THE START BUTTON!
WarRock PH is probably being blocked from connecting to the patch\game server. Your anti-virus software is probably not allowing WarRock to access to the internet! 
P.S. to make it easier, use imgur: the simple image sharer to upload your photos instead of attaching them, and also save your picture as a .PNG file instead!
