Ping problem ! 20~~~150

Hi,
My usual ping was 20-30
now it suddenly is 150!
i use gamebooster and everything and nothing works..
So what do i need to do?
i didnt changed system or anything everything is the same as usual.

LoL...maybe there is something wrong with your internet provider

...

I have the same problem...
My internet provider said that they are fixing an international submarine cable line and it will take a week
and my ping is 240+
