well whenever you log on, it's just in your mail until you open it.

When I got the package, I had not logged into the nexon forums for 90 days either, not sure if it makes a difference.

On newly created or low lvl characters it's a huge difference.

He's just saying if you logged onto the forums but not the game (within the 90 days), it might disqualify you from the event.
