Also your AV might be blocking your hacks.

Yes, I do, I hacked yesterday too. ;s. I'll check the firewall.

It clearly means you don't have administrative privileges on your windows account. It won't run without it.

it happens to me but I realized it was my antivirus' fault so I uninstalled the antivirus and it did not pop up again
additioanl information: press the start button and then search *uac* then enter and then lower it.
