HelpA.V.A. Problems, can't play properly

hi, i have trouble with "authentication" i am able to play game for about 6 minutes, then say something about game guard, sometimes say that failed authentication and kick me out from game after 2o seconds. I tried all of official suggestions: Turned off firewall, updated drivers, closed any other programs. It started on win xp 32 bit, i also reinstalled system , added new windows 7 ultimate system, installed ava, updated and for first run i played it normally, on next login and starting this game i got this problems, it happening for about past 7 days. I also tried IE, Mozzilla and chrome and logged in on site too, but same problems. Also noticed that new aeria europe sever count my ping with red 0 so it is over 1000 (before i had 70), on usa east i have about 106, tried that server too, but problem is still there. I wrote ticket to IJJI few days ago, but i stll didn' got any answer. So, pleeeaaaseee heeeeeelp (headbang)

It's probably got to do with your connection, depending where you're from it'll change depending on what server you go on.

The best thing I suggest is STAY with your normal OS, if it isn't connection problem it's something got to do with the computer.

I used to have this problem sometimes but it just vanished. Try deleting the gameguard folder and getting it again by updating the game.
