Difference between golden and silver headshots?

Hey does anyone know the difference between the two?
Also, I heard that golden headshots do more damage than silver headshots. Is this true?

@UltimateHack
ofc! silver= 2 bullets to kill
golden = 1 bullet to kill

Golden Head is upper part of head (think it does more damage)
