NEED HELP!!

My name is Marina and i cant get crossfire to work. I start the game and it says sending error report right when i push start. I have tryed just about everything. I've downloaded stuff, deleted it a lot of times and shit and nothing works. I just really need help. My mom downloads a lot of shit on the pc so what i was thinking was maybe crossfire isnt working because of something thats running in the backround. What kinds of things cant be running in the backround while playing crossfire

Try Reinstalling Crossfire..
and...Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributal, .NET Framework 4 - Do you have them all installed?

Some files could be missing. Try reinstalling. If that doesnt work, just use Task Manager to stop any processes that might be causing the problem.

And if anyone tells you to use GameBooster, DONT it sucks ass.
