Folder lock

Hello anyone have a code that does this function?

When you open a folder a process is unable to open the process while I was running.

More why I want it?
Answer: do I need this code for anti hacker I'm doing for not being able to copy the files.

Crashing explorer.exe doesnt sound like a good solution tbh

for more if I explore.exe to block it will block all the folders all the PC and I just wanted to lock in a folder.

You cant, unless you find a way other than "When you open a folder a process is unable to open the process while I was running.". Like the ones i told you, idk.
