GP Gifting?
I've seen a lot of megaphones saying they will gift (amount of gp) for a perm, is that possible or are they bluffing?

They gift the GP in items.
They typically are just bluffing for free crap.
I wonder if anyone has even been gifting in the history of the game for spamming "GIFT ME PLZ IS MY BIRTHDAY I HAVE NO GP PERM PLEASE THANKS):"

I hate that, if its there real birthday, they should ask there parents for NX!
