What changed on mpgh

So I've been gone for awhile and I see al new staf resource team and minion + what are those and what did change I also noticed that the negative reputation is gone?

- rep is gone since like a month I guess because people abused it

Minion isn't new. Have no idea what 'Staff resource' is.

Activity and experience disabled due to server load issues i thinks .

Negative reputation was taken away due to abuse. Plentiful amount of new staff, lots of the older staff resigned or got promoted, mostly resigned though. Resource Team is essentially contributor but for leechers yet held in higher regard by some, ergo the [MPGH] tag. Not much has changed other than that, as far as I know.

Resource Team = Members releasing tools in a section(s) to make it more active
