hi when i run loadlib.exe in crossfire folder it says "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

cannot find 'MSVCP80.dll'.Please, reinstall this application
(I already have my MSVCP80.dll install doe)
Can someone help me to fix this, im trying to find addyes
