i dont hw open the hack 
You seem like an ultra amateur at this hacking scenario.
First off, get an undetected injector. Try Sinject, which has just been released, I think. After you have downloaded an undetected injector, open the .RAR/.ZIP and extract the application to your Desktop.
Secondly, get an undetected hack. Try Backd00rs newest D3D which has just been released as well. After you have completed the download, open up the .RAR/.ZIP and extract the two or one SnDvr.dll file(s) to your desktop.
Lastly, run the injector you just downloaded as an administrator, browse for the two or one .dll files from the hack you just downloaded, and have the options set to "Automatically Inject" and "Close after Injecting". After you are done tweaking with the injector, load up CF and if the hack worked properly, a message box should pop up stating about the hack, and the injector should close.
If you did all of the stuff mentioned above and it still didn't work, check to see if you have all of the requirements for a hack to function properly. Specifically, .NET Framework 4 and Microsoft C++ 2010. Also, check if you have all of your mandatory windows updates installed. You can check that by going to Start -> Search up Windows Update -> Install & download all of the mandatory updates.
