Do you recommend me that I should buy ZP on an account which got banned before or should I make a new account and start everything from the beginning and never use hacks on that account?

if the banned account got good weapons and good ranks then charge zp on that account and keep playing but never use haks on it.....if it is a normal account with normal rank i think u should do a new one
