Upgrade your brothers current Modem / Router, along with the ISP you're currently with.

Just use prepaid credit cards you can buy from a store or open a bank account. And they will have to come to your house unless it was already hooked up with stuff. Stuff = wires and boxes. This would only work if your going back to the old company you used. If not, then they will have to come and wire their stuff/ give you boxes.

I'm not sure. Mattering on which company your going to use, some have their own modems they give to you. Havn't heard of anyone that has said no to theirs so idk if you can get your own or not. Do you atleast have new wiring from your old service you used? And are you talking about those like broadband cards? Or is that something else?
