Skype alternative?

Well, i usually have like a cam/mic orgy but tinychat lags.
But we can't use skype because of skype premium

so are there any alternatives to skype which isn't as laggy (and low quality) as tiny chat but is free?

TeamSpeak, Ventrilo, Mumble.

TeamSpeak and Ventrilo like the post above said. And there is something kinda new like ventrilo except you don't have to pay to host your servers 'Raid Call'.

guys who suggested mumble/teamspeak - i want to use cams too...

like i want to do like 4 way cam etc... but you need skype premium and tiny chat is laggy and low quality.

does it lag when you do like a 4/5 way cam?
is it HQ?
it's hard to tell via youtube...

i want the quality and connection (no screen/fps lag) of skype...
