I was playing China town, got 110 kills 16 deaths, and this Major on my team said "I will be getting you're IP, going with the replay" How would he do that

it's cause, us, asians, don't like outsiders.

:P they banned me so often and i have no ip bann ( which would useless :P i get a new ip every day ^^ ) or HWID bann :P
is there really a hwid bann or is it only a joke? :PP
ps i made a new acc yesterday and it already has ~30 reports today :PP
