xtrap error

So I just started it and x-trap decided to give me this :P i dont know why but I already re-installed it again and I restarted my computer and closed the programs and even stopped my anti virus.

I have a Windows vista 64 bit,,, my antivirus is AVG
Anyone have a solution?
I dont know if you guys can see the first attachment but check the second one.
