In order to download test server content and general currently KR exclusive content, I download the KR client from the site, install, unpack the HFS and extract the zip files as most would go about it, but I fear that despite downloading the full client, it still needs to run a patcher in order to update to the latest version, as after inspecting the files, I can't locate a lot of things I would have expected, I tried during the Season 2 Test server launched initially, before Vella, and I couldn't find any of the character portraits from it. Not to mention the client didn't change in size even after Vella. I'm concerned that I'm just downloading the same file and expecting new results.

Is there a way to run the patcher outside the US? Do I sincerely need to go through all that bullshit with creating a Korean account with a Korean SSN, or is there some way to run the patcher without going through a ton of crap? I don't want to run the game, I just want the latest files so I can unpack them and have my way with them. If there isn't an easy way than perhaps someone could be so kind as to upload the Korean HFS files and I could toy with them? Thanks in advance.
