What does this mean?

What does this mean? (other then the obvious). I know i'm banned, but for how long? How do i find out why I've checked the WoS everyday for the last 3 days at least 3 times a day. The only thing is it says I'm D.D on player profile. All i did was try to log in to play with my Friends and Family. I do not hack yes i realize i'm a member of a hack site, but that doesn't mean i hack. All i did was log in, twice both times i crashed in my sisters room, and now im banned here is the screen shot of what it says on log in. I submitted a ticket, but just like any other case their extremely slow, and almost seeming lazy to help.
