game crashes

guys
when i open CA and join a room after about 20 secs the game closes and this message pops up

i was playing CA from 6 months and stopped playing and now i can't
please help me fast

and i don't play with hacks

What OS do you have ?
Does it also crash when you don't join a room ?
does it crash when loading the map ? or before that ?

i tried reinstalling and nothing happens @Drake @Polo @.REZ
i have win 7 64 bit
if i still in the lobby it won't crash
it crashes from 1-3 mins after loading a map

i deleted internet cache and now its working

Dude, chill out for a sec all your gonna do is piss people off by continually posting like that.

First off, make sure you running it as admin, also try running in compatibility for XP
Second, are you sure all your software is up to date? i.e. graphics drives, .net framework .etc
If that doesn't work, check it's not being stopped by antivirus or firewall? I would recommend disabling your AV and then try out CA.

Also post your PC specs because it might be a lack of performance . does it lag ?

I think the mention system is still not working because I haven't got a notification about being mentioned either.

Anyway, I know you said you don't hack but have you done any .rez mods before?

had the same problem. reinstall with compatibility xp and as admin, then run the game as admin, xp sp3, and inabilitate the visual windows stuff while the game is open (same tab)
