Hi i have some questions

Um Hi im new here so i dont know how everything works. I orignally came here for hacks but whe i find one i like i try to downlaod them but it comes out i cant and it bring up the msg (were should it open in). the thing is i dont know were to open or down load the hacks that are posted up. Any tips?

Download WinRAR and open it with that.
