Need help with hack

Ok i have a hack that i just might set public but i dont know how to put a download link or virus scan?Can someone help?

Make an account at http://www.*********.com After your done get the file from your desktop and press upload files and upload them to *********. When thats done take that link and copy and paste it here.

For virus scan go to VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan choose the file from your desktop and press send file. Wait until it is scanned than copy and paste the url here.
