loadlib.exe Runtime Error

I've got a problem:
If i want to start the loadlib.exe in the crossfire folder I get this error:
Runtime Error!
C:\SG Interactive\ Crossfire Europe\loadlib.exe
R6034
An Application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact..

and then this Message:
Cannot find 'MSVCP80.dll'. Please re-install this application

Does someone had got this error before?

How can I fix this problem?

So if you want find addy have 2 answer :
1. Upack it (This hard way)
2. Use Bypass method (Easiest way)

so what will u use from above

lol i tryed both ways....but there are some real coders said to me that bypass way give a false addy

and i tried the other way but i get no addy bec i must open loadlib.dll and loadlib get the same error lol.......

It does't gives you a wrong addy, you just need to perform some calculations. Reading about PE format would be very useful to figure out with this problem.
