I've been training up my combat stats
and I plan on getting them to 60 so I was wondering what kind of armor/weapons
I should use I would like to spend under 2 mil and I have enough time to do any required quests.
So any recommodations .

Do your Dragon Slayer shit and buy full rune, if your a free member.
yeah basically start with rune Armour once you gain 40 defence and attack quest as much as you can!
