they could ip ban you..although changing your IP is very easy.
Well yeah same ip seen it happened before
btw the injecters and hacks i download always have viruses...why is that like hacktool or somthing like that in perx
False positives, injectors will always e considered a virus to AV companies.
The account itself may not get banned, but you may get i.p. banned. However, this is not very common.
what if i just use aimbot and smoothh aim etc. and be sneaky will i get ip ban? or ban in some way

more secure if you change your ip first before hacking
Defenitly change your ip and if you do not want to risk it do not hack. Simple as that
