HOW Do you know when you are banned?
Does it ban one driver or all drivers or the whole account from your email address???
I think it won't let you log in
Once i tried to login, it logged in successfully then it does not show me how many boost i have left and it said ACCESS DENIED but there was the play button on the updater

What you can do is contact the support: http://help.ea.com/ and ask them the reason for your ban, and maybe beg them for get unbanned, the chances are low but worth a try.

because someone in my platoon made a swastika in the emblem...

hopefully i can still used my account youre not banned ! otherwise you would see an message like "your account has been suspended" & you also would get an Email from EA wich tell you that your Banned and for wich Game
