Seriously I have no idea WTF he is talking about.
He PM'd me saying "Can I have free runescape accounts pl0x?"
And I replied "No."
Then he said "Give me a reason why?"
I said "Because I don't want to."

I even told everyone on the RuneScape accounts thread "DO NOT PM ME BEGGING FOR ACCOUNTS"
