Try a diffrent injector. That's what helped me.

i used winject and it still crashed

Use Extreme Injector by master131, it works fine.

My system Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I tried and it didn't work too.

it will not let me add it too any server i have tried using many injectors but nothing helped .....someone please help !

ive used many injector in windows mode or full screen and when i tried in solo mode it works when i try to connect some server and press INS it crashes.

I always inject when Team Fortress 2 is loading up. It seems that every time I inject it in game, it crashes. So just try injecting it when it's loading up.

For me nope the inject execution is normal i see the label oldschooldhack.de appear and rc 50 so its succesfully in jected but if i try to use the insert key in any server it crash but if i try to use ins key in solo mode its start and i see the menu so its a problem when a server game is loaded some module that cause the crash or prevent cheat.

Not exactly true, I used the same injector the OP posted and i've been going to the same multiplayer server and it seems sometimes I can open the menu and sometimes and sometimes it crashes when I try to open the menu. I don't think it's some kind of anti cheat, I think it's something either with the injector or the cheat itself.

Whenever I start my computer or restart it, I can get the hack working properly... but only for a short time after the restart. If I try to open the hack menu after a while it crashes. I think it isn't really the hack itself but something that turns off after a while.

Both the injector OP posted and Extreme Injector crash the game as soon as I hit the 'insert' key.

EDIT: Winject does the same thing.

New update, probably patched.

Edit: Nevermind. Just tested it, still appears to be working.

What injector did u use and when did u inject?
