You could probably run it with 480x240 resolution 8bit color and 16x16 textures.
Or you could upgrade that POS gpu LOL

I can run MW3 no lag, Medium settings.

Definitely getting if the engine is as stable as they're claiming it to be.

If its in my price range ill think about it.
