Hey i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to hack Without letterbomb or bannerbomb. i just cant seem to be able to download Homebrew channel.

Letter Bomb is about the only option. however, there are some other ways. One way is get modified save data, put it in the place of the right game files, follow the guide specific to the game and let homebrew be installed.

Tell us what version is your Wii (4.3 or less). I think the region don't care.
