It's just an easier way for server admins to see what scripts have been used and by whom.. BattlEye itself is not a newer version or anything if that's what you're asking about.

Yea read an auto message on a Server for a new Script-system. ;/

So is secure to use CE scripter v4?

CE Scripter v4 is undetected as of this time and day. It's sure to not stay that way for long so get it while its hot.

I for one will be avoiding it regardless due to previous experiences.
