I wanna a Runescape Private Server but i dont Understand how to create a Private Server
can anyone help me ?

It isnt that hard.
1. Get a starter 317 client and source.
2.Get JDK
3. Edit the run.bat in both the client and the source to match your jdk path if needed
4 Edit the COMPILE.bat in both the client and the source to match your jdk path.
now you should at least be able to run for yourself
PORTFORWARDING-----
Depends on your router.
i only know how to portforward linksys and 2Wire.

-- Download no-ip.
Get a website (ex. yourservername.no-ip.com )
then change the client.java and gui.java to the no-ip name on the CLIENT side
tell me what you dont get.
