ARMA 2 OA Key enough?

Hey folks,

is it enough, when i only buy an ARMA II OA key to play dayz again?

Im global banned and want to play this game, or i have to buy "combined operations" again?

And if i only need OA, is it enough when i change the cd key on steam?
