Missing SDK?

Hey I think I may be missing an SDK. I'm trying to get to grips with Luizimloko's Bases but I'm missing the following:

ltbasedefs.h
iltcsbase.h
iltcommon.h

Is think because I'm missing an SDK or is it something else and I'm just being an idiot.

Why not try looking for it?

Because the search bar won't work, it says something about I cannot search again for 60 seconds but It says that all the time

Use the SDK that Supercarz released.

I have that but I was still getting the same error, but I have solved that now. There was an error on my part in some of the strings but now I'm getting a whole bunch of different errors . The're mostly blahblah is undefined but a couple are class "thingy" has no member "thingybob". Is this still to do with the SDK and including all the right headers?
