i can't go to that site read the issues in the url webbage. and i write whatever because its a site and i dont want to get infracted.

Try clearing all browsing data.

use dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

... Restart ur browser and clean all data

The ip over there is down cant be accessed nor it can be pinged its their problem not your case solved
