A guy told me that he gets lots of cash and exp from muiltipal getting on servers and i need to know how to do that.

Try power lvling by doing ctf. First off get 2 people. Take turns running the flag back and forth(you score than he/she scores and so on). Take turns getting the last flag and then alternate. When I wanted fast xp and gp thats the method I used. Hope it works for you.
Note: While using this method NO KILLING just do it as fast as you can. Hence "fast xp and gp"
. Apply for CA screen shot competitions, you can win some nx that way.
