All the server are down Because Alpha Server are Players are Empty and no one is playing in there, I can logged in, but I can't join a server it also stuck at Step4.

yes it's not from the hack, Because I try the same thing with the hack and No hack. I tried using with hack then log in then it stuck and I tried without hack and log in it's the same thing It stuck again in Step4.
