If you give a person another hack from a different site through PM, would you still get banned?

If we find out you're distributing them via PM, you'll be permanent banned.

No. This guy's been wanting this hack that I knew of, so I just decided to tell him since I could see he really wanted it, tried to chat in CF but our times did not match and things went wrong. So I'm just wondering if I can just send him the link through his PM.
