Long Loading screen.

Ok did not know ware to place this is i put it in the wrong spot plz move it.
ok any one els have the long loading screen to join a game ive never had it before i start to play SF after a year lol so thought i would get soem info that might help me fix this. i do not lagg in game my Pin is always 50-68 in game and i just do not lik waiting 2-5 mins to join and game any help in fixing this would be a lot of help so plz let me know if any one know whats going on and i for got im on Win 7.
