Snddrv.dll sound problem
I got a problem, when I inject the hack and start the CF NA client, my sound goes off and I got a error. I can't hear sounds anymore just radio signals. Does anyone know how to solve this ?

Radio signals are sounds, did this solve you no sound problem? Now the error, did you tried to disable error reporting?
maybe your speaker cable is unplugged?
But the radio sounds work.. W8, did you have your radio in your room enabeld? Try to turn that one off and retry!
!!! its SndDrv.dll that removes ur Sound its normal dont be afraid 
Try to rename the original SndDrv.dll ""not the hack"" to SndDrv2.dll and inject with your hack .
If this also doesn't work , it will causes from the hack ... Change the hack that you use .

Do you know a working CF NA hack? Which works with the sound, I tried what you all said, nothing worked.

Read the threads carefully, you'll see something like "Working sound"
If hack doesn't have code for fix sounds, it wont work (remember to inject SndDrv2.dll too)
Use a hack that doesn't use SndDrv
