Script/Bypasser Question

Hey i have a little Question,
if i use a Script like the Magic box, one time with a by then undetected bypasser,
and then never again can i get a battleye global ban for this ? (if i use this one time if it's undetected)

Sorry for by bad english, unfortunately it's not my nature language ^^

You can always get banned when using a bypasser its just a risk you have to take.

I think his question is IF the bypasser is totally undetectable (ofc it's not possible), there is always a risk to get banned for using a script?
