David Vonderhaar teases BO2 emblems
Lately, Treyarch's Game Design Director David Vonderhaar has been changing his profile picture on twitter a lot along with tweeting some more or less strange tweets. The pictures have been emblems that supposedly is in Black Ops 2, but it is unknown whhat these emblems are for.
These look a lot like prestige icons
This one might not be related since it was added at the pre-start of the U.S. football season, but it looks like an emblem for rank 28-35 or so:
