I need help!!!

Hi guys i am new in visual baisic andwhen i finish the injector i dont know how to publish it without an instaler( ... Can someone to help me? I want just to know how to create an injector without an instaler

Click Bluild/Build (Your project name here)
The file will be in Bin/Release or Bin/Debug
