Ok, so my test server was running fine until someone logged on as the EXACT same name as me, they didn't have OP or anything, but can anyone tell me a plugin or a way to prevent this! PLEASE HELP ME OUT

Get an authentication plugin such as xAuth.

I already did but they can still manage to do it. Like I said though, they are not OP.

There's no way to prevent it. If you have xAuth, when they login as your name, they won't be able to move, build, or anything unless they have your xAuth password.

Then that guy knows your password. You gotta make a non-cracked server to completly prevent it.
