If I'm reading this correctly, that's probably your problem. Although, it may be hard to upgrade if your computer is so old it's using AGP instead of PCI-Express. (If that is the case, you'll need a new motherboard before anything else.)

Have you gotten the latest driver for your graphics card?
Also, try running it at dx 8.1
Go to the launch options (Library>Right Click>Properties>General>Set Launch Options) and add -dxlevel 81 to the line.

Your ram is good, but others are bad (for example cpu)
